Feedback gevenI'm a bit conflicted with this place. There are so few rib joints available in about a 6 mile radius from where I live. There's no delivery, no Uber, Postmates, Grubhub, nada so when I go in myself, I expect top notch. It used to be dope AF, but recently, the ribs are bony, sausage is dry, sides seem canned or store bought, and it seems like they just don't care anymore. I wish they'd reinvent themselves and step up their game because the food was once great but has fallen.
Y'all I really hate to say this but the bbq beef ribs is tuff and the sauce is str8 tomato sauce. Had to put the ribs in the oven and add bbq sauce..the macaroni salad missing everything..baked beans baked in tomato sauce.mac n cheese taste like they added vinegar..the beef links were over cooked and dry and sliced. Trashed the links baked beans mac n cheese...my 74 yr ol mother gave plate back and shook her head no!!! .i hooked up the macaroni salad..spent 77.00...i will not be going back ever...ill buy my own cook my own and eat my own for sure. Cedric the entertainer and Anthony Anderson y'all know this food was nasty and y'all put on the biggest front as it was the ? FOR T.V.....SMH!!! If I could give this place 00 I would.....THE STAFF IS REALLY NICE THO
The meat is going down hill but it’s not their fault it’s the gov meat. I don’t even know it’s it’s real meat anymore. The ribs were like I was eating cotton it was so soft like no meat it’s hard to explain but something is wrong and it’s not Philips it’s coming from a higher source the meat is strange nowadays
7/27 placed a order over the phone. Received the wrong order. Bad part is that the beef was bad,dry and old, the sauce was sour like maybe it was bad. I know good bar b que but this was the worst I've ever had. Be careful when eating here.
The last slab of ribs were all fat meat. I couldn’t even eat any of it. A waste of $30. They won’t answer the phone so you can find out if they have small ends or anything else. So you drive across town and they don’t have what you want, And that’s okay with them. So much for CUSTOMER SERVICE. During the holidays it’s total chaos, no organization of any kind. Even if you order and pay in advance.
