Feedback gevenThe manager, Elyse, is always there every week when I order my Queen of all Greens. Not only does she greet me with a smile every time, she remembers me and always makes sure I get my drink the way I like it! Her multi-tasking abilities and her customer service skills are on point! She is the reason I keep going back here, on top of the delicious drinks of course!
I would normally give 5 stars for delicious Acai bowls and ease of ordering online but a few of the times I added on Veggies (Spinach and Kale) with my Strawnana Acai Bowl and they were in whole form. Not blended up with the Acai base like I would think it should be. Hoping there is improvement with this feedback.
Fast, excellent customer service, app is awesome, fresh fruits... Great lunch option.
They accidentally gave my order to another customer. Which is okay, it happens. But instead of making my order right after. They made maybe 2 or 3 orders before mine, so I have to wait 25 mins for one smoothie.
My daughter and I were in the neighborhood, and we wanted a refreshing drink. We saw Robeks and decided that was perfect! So we went in, and the two staff people there didn 't say hi or acknowledge our presence. We stood by the register, and a lady finally took our order. I think her name was Anna. As she took our order, she did it in a fast way, like she was in a hurry. I ordered one of their new drinks, the Lemon Tumeric Tea, and she quickly said, we aren 't making the tea. I was so confused because they have their new tea drinks advertised everywhere in the store. So I just got my daughter 's drink. She got a Mahalo Mango and a classic avocado toast. As we waited for our order, more people came in, and again, both staff members didn 't acknowledge them. Anyways, both of the items we got were good! If they had acknowledged us and if Anna had a better attitude, this could 've easily have been 5 stars.
