Came here to wait for an international flight and after visiting many many sky lounges all over the world especially different ones at LAX, this is seriously the worst one I have encountered so far! The staff working at the front desk are rude and absolutely incompetent! First couldn't find my priority pass and then proceeded to give me the wrong number to call. Inside the lounge, the seats are absolutely filthy, and super crammed to the point I can't even walk between the rows. Terrible layout. Let's not even get me started on the food: cup o noodles in paper cups, fruits the are bruised and left out too long, and only 2 different type of mini sandwiches that tasted like something a 3 year old would make. The lack of food choices and quality is really noticeable! The booze selection is also of very low quality and definitely the kind that would give you a hangover! Bathrooms are very gross!! It was complimentary for me and I wouldn't ever wanna come back!!
The lounge is very busy ! Too many l'œillère with their kids. It is not relaxing nor quiet. The food buffet is ok . Staff are very kind and work hard.
So-so lounge. I was surprised that this terminal only has one lounge for all Sky Team airlines which is led under Korean Air. There's plenty of room for seating. However that's about it for the positive aspects. Food is scarse and its quality is not what a Sky Team lounge should offer. The personnel is also missing most of the time for cleaning and replenishing the food. It's really a shame that flyers who pay a lot for their business-class ticket have such a poor waiting time experience.
This Skyteam lounge is better than the United Club lounges you see in the US. They offer fresh fruits and sandwiches on top of the typical dry snacks like peanuts and crackers. Food had decent quality too. DIY self-service bar. I like that a lot because you can drink a lot in a short period of time without see their it 's you again dirty faces.
Worst lounge I've been in. I wouldn't bother if you find yourself in the LAX International terminal. LAX domestic or international isn't a pleasant experience and this lounge won't do anything to help you de stress. Why: There isn't a full bar couple bottles on a bar top. No real glasses There isn't much seating The food options are far from appealing... picked over fruit, oily pizza slices piled on top of each other... Some muffins. The coffee/espresso machine was broken. ... and it's uncomfortably hot.
