Starbucks - Kalkbaai iNingizimu Afrika

Most friendliest nicest experience I've had. I got a recommendation on a drink and it was delicious. From the gentleman that took my order to the cashier it was an amazing experience.

Starbucks employees are always friendly, courteous, and quick with a smile. Their vanilla lattes are the best.

First time ever going to a pop up Starbucks. There’s no inside. It’s just a drive thru, and a walk up order window and a few outside tables.I’d have no real problem with it if it was organized a little better.The drive thru route is ridiculous. You enter on the LEFT and exit on the right (if you’re looking from the street. You exit driving on your own left). So getting out and turning left was really weird, plus another car wanted to come in at the same time. Then, there’s 3 parking spaces and when there’s a line it’s impossible to park or get out.I waited at the window for maybe 2 minutes. Just felt awkward before someone opened the window to take my order.As always the food and drink was great. Service , meh. Atmosphere sucked. I won’t go back to that one probably. That drive thru looks like an accident or small scratch waiting to happen.

It took them 30 to service a cup of coffee and a lemonade, they talk to much and move very slow..

This used to be my favorite location when the old crew used to work there with this new crew is absolutely terrible, instead of complaining to them I just thought I’d come and leave a review. I normally go there before work and late night before I go to bed get my favorite mocha no whip light foam. Sometimes I might add a double smoked bacon, the last three times that I went there because I haven’t been in a while because of the service Have been absolutely horrible The guy that took my order at 9:53 PM July 31, 2023 need to be retrained. He doesn’t seem like he want to work there. He handed me my sandwich with pride knowing that it was not warmed up it was totally cold. The bacon was white. I had to come home and heat it up in my microwave, and this isn’t the first time that it happened. I’m very disappointed in this location and I hate that that is the only one close to my house. I’ve been going to McDonald’s lately for my mochas. At least I get it for $1.89 when I use the app they give you $1.50 off so I am saving a lot I used to spend 5.25 Twice a day EVERYDAY at Starbucks. Now I’m saving myself so much money.?
