Feedback gevenWe probably got a bit unlucky with this accommodation, considering how great the other reviews are. We had a nice time, but there was a lot of room for improvement in the hotel, especially the bedroom we were given. To start, I think having to pay for air con is a bit of a rip off to be honest. We chose not to and were fine, but other, lower rated hotels in the area give air con in rooms for free. Another thing was that you couldnt disconnect the key card from the door key, so you couldnt charge things without being in the room which was really inconvenient when your phone ran out through the day. The bathroom was tiny and outdated. The bed was like sleeping on a rock you would have the same comfort levels as you would laying on the floor. There were many small things which added up such as there not being a drying rack on the balcony for clothes, no washing up liquid (we were in self catering), the door to the balcony was broken, a leaky ceiling and broken light (which were fixed super quickly which was good). The swimming pool area was nice, though the pool table/games area bit was bad only 8 balls for the table! You can find better pool tables in other bars and restraunts in a walking distance though. Though we didnt eat there, the restraunt seemed really nice, but the toilets didn't have a lock on the door which I found a bit strange. All in all, we still had a nice time. It just needs a bit of work, but it has potential. We were slightly disappointed because the pictures didn't match our experience, but that's a lesson learned for us. You do get what you pay for. Nearby activities: The location is the selling point of this hotel. Its nice and quiet outside, and within a 10 minute walk of the heart of Faliraki. There were tonnes of activities to do in the town and we had great fun ticking them all off.

Great holiday, albeit off to a not-so-great start! Rooms: I had the images from the travel providers in my head and was initially disappointed. Our room (321) was, let's say, minimalist. Unfortunately there is no decoration. There is a dressing table, an open cupboard, a bed, a kitchenette with a mobile hotplate and a few dishes. On the very small balcony there is a table with two chairs, which you can of course bring in, you have two healthy hands. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is also there. And the neighbors are right next door. Without privacy protection. But it was so hot that we weren't even there. On the balcony. Just to dry stuff... The bathroom is very small. Unfortunately, shelves are completely missing. But you can come to terms with it. Our mattresses were very good. I get back problems if that doesn't fit, and I didn't have any! Nearby activities: Faliraki city center can be reached on foot in just over 10 minutes. There's everything there. From the Greek supermarket to the nightclub... everything your heart desires on the beach. Walkability: See above. Food drinks: The restaurant in the hotel is an independent public restaurant that also offers half board. The breakfast, served by one of the owners, is to die for. Lovingly prepared and everything fresh, no mass-produced goods! Unfortunately we didn't take any photos. The food in general is freshly prepared, as is typical for restaurants. Dinner in half board is served as a menu consisting of a starter, main course (two to choose from) and a dessert. We had nothing to complain about here. But we are neither vegetarians nor allergy sufferers. I can't say anything about that. Noteworthy details: There's a lot in the description, and a lot of things that aren't true. I asked the manager about it and he said they had asked for changes several times, but it was cumbersome. There is e.g. no mini disco. No indoor pool. No fun. The house (family business) is run in a very relaxed manner and our relaxation factor is huge. We would go there again. The manager, Tasos, is certainly not the fastest, but is always there for everyone. Unfortunately, it is not stated anywhere that the air conditioning is billed separately. But for us it was 10 euros per day and I haven't regretted it for a second. You control it yourself!!!!
Really nice hotel, the breakfast was so fresh and they cater to vegans and the chef went above and beyond to make sure they had vegan options for me for breakfast : . The hotel overall is very clean and is in a very good location Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
