Very well maintained hotel. cleanliness and friendliness are great here. the breakfast buffet meets almost every wish. large spacious rooms. interestingly, the key is still opened. as a small gift daily is a small breakfast served on the table.

As we know, in 2019 I find no reviews of hotels where the human is cheap, but the average earner is as pleasant as possible. Therefore, this is only to read when they are ready to scroll a few eurons for the occasions, whether in cash or by credit card. the following day was a date with a company in cold churches that specializes in vehicles of the factory we prefer. we should have dropped out of bed to deliver our vehicle in time. but now to the hotel itself. the hotel is located in the immediate neighbourhood of the holstentherme and is connected to it for its guests by a so-called bathing walk. this is ideal for people like us who need a rest of the day, but no longer want to go home.) check in from 15 o'clock. at the reception you can rent a fluffy, white bademandel and towel for 5 € leih fee. a few white hotel looms are available for free. the staff is very friendly and the room was very well renovated and very pleasantly decorated in the color. the furniture is rustic and out of kiefer I love this style. cleanliness seems to be very big here, because we did not find crumbs, fudge or haare. also the long-sleeved, dark green carpet was perfectly clean. for me soft sleeper the matratze was a bit too tight, but I don't want to rate negatiw. alone the price for the breakfast, calculated with currently 17,50 € person, is my guess for the rich but qualitatiw average offer something too high, otherwise moderate over night price of approx. 100 € per night double room. is a very pleasant restaurant called ichenland, which is very pleasant from the environment and service, whose services I did not evaluate here, as I have already rated it separately. free parking is available on the hotel's parking. the visit of the therme is calculated from 9, 70 € for two hours per person and additionally increases depending on the duration of the visit and the claimed advantages, e.g., the sole bath, sauna area, until the time when the price for the breakfast would be better, the hotel would have preferred. we will be happy to sign up here at our next stay in Kaltenkirchen.

We had reserved in restaurant eichenland for the first Christmas day 14 days before by post and received a resevation confirmation. Nevertheless, the reservation was not taken into account, and no table was originally present in the full restaurant. positiw: one tried to get a (not) solution. the food tasted, but was cut. too expensive. the restaurant was filled with tables, but much too tight and extremely loud. the service was completely overwhelmed. we waited an hour for the appetizers! there were missing appetizers and knives.

The restaurant was cancelled a few hours before the reservation on AB, which was not interrogated. The reason for the cancellation was supposed to be the failure of kitchen appliances. On site there was an event at the same time and the whole restaurant was booked. This makes the whole thing unbelievable.
