Domino's Pizza - Kalyān

Experience in this particular branch of dominos was almost like a nightmare! We ordered pizza and suddenly there was a RAT and the staff was trying to get rid of it. Then my brother found hair on his piece of pizza , which is so unhygienic. We informed the staff about the same and before even clicking a picture of it the guy closed the box and took it away and offered a complimentary choco lava which doesn’t even make sense because my brother could just have eaten that piece of pizza if he didn’t realise that it has a hair on it. Did not expect this kind of negligence from DOMINOS which is not a local shop but itself is a brand.

Fraud. They took the payment and cancelled the order and since 10 days they are refunding the amount. When I asked for the refund status their executive asking me to call your bank for refund. I would say do not trust on Domino's and very worst service.

Food quality is good but Service is disgusting. For paid water they don't have room temperature water and have only chilled one in this winter climate. As my little nephew want water for drinking. They have started dine but free drinking water was closed due to corona SOP as said by manager. When ask to manager she was saying, i wl keep chilled bottel in oven and give you so it will convert in room temperature. And on last they don't even feel guilty or appolize for the same. Domino's should give training to there staff. While eating on table you wl see all flies near by you.

WORST BRANCH OF DOMINOS! Ate the non veg loaded from this branch, and I’ve never regretted it any more than today. I ate the same from the Andheri brand for 2 days straight but it was extremely loaded like said and cheese was melting all over. But this branch worsened my experience , the bread was not fresh, more than half of the bread was empty with hard edges and toppings were not even half of the original pizza.

Decent sitting order, pizza was hot sizzling. Garlauch brot with cheese dip was fantastic, domino’s it felt a bit expensive, but that’s ok. her token number display didn’t work, so the personal was named.
