Hotel Restaurant Goldner Hirsch

One of the best hotel in Kamenz. The food in the restaurant was delicious but very expensive.

Strange place lots of secret passages, but very pleasant, service nice rooms clean, very well-kept, tasty restaurant, well presented dishes.

The family room is highly recommended. Quite a three-room apartment with very luxurious amenities and really high comfort. On the other side, you will not be disturbed by the usual hotel room of the other guests (good if you have small children who are asleep earlier) and is even a little careless when the children sometimes put normal child's regular reading. In the restaurant we felt very welcome and first class care, the staff always super nice and attentive.

We were on the 1st Christmas holiday with the family (3 adults and 2 children eating. Menu cards for adults were sent by email after the table reservation and you could already select them. This should certainly ensure the smooth running of the Santa and the hectic, and that was of course completely good for us. The children's menus can be selected directly on the day from the generous children's card. The ambience of the location is really very beautiful. The farm was beautifully decorated for Christmas and also in the rat cellar it was cozy. Beverage request and food of children were quickly received by staff. The children received their food together with the adult appetizer. The Christmas dinner was very delicious and we were very happy. The staff was always responsive and very friendly. We like to come back!

We had to wait 2 hours for Christmas dinner, then it was lukewarm and salt the sauce. In the demand of the staff, when the food comes, it was very rude and snippy! The dessert was without cutlery had to wait again. There was no family dinner for 35 years! Despite Preorder! ..sometimes no star worth it!
