Ahh Yay Wellness Cafe - Kamloops

Absolutely amazing place to grab a fabulous super healthy snack or lunch!! Or any other meal really!! If you drop by, try out their turmeric mushroom soup, it's one of the best thing I have ever eaten!! Everything else was wonderful too! I must go back and try everything on their menu at least once!

The taco salad here is by FAR the best salad I've ever eaten I almost licked the bowl! Also, I have never in my life liked my coffee black, but the coffee here is so good you don't want to add anything! I dream about this coffee... Congrats to Natalie and Zach for filling a void in Kamloops of fast, HEALTHY, food.

Stopped by for dinner last night and it was amazing! As someone with food restrictions it was incredible to be able to order off a menu without making any modifications!! It was also fantastic quality food, at a good price, and the staff were very friendly. We tried two of the bowls, Jun, a chocolate truffle, and the bone broth all were fantastic. I can't wait to go back :

I had the lovely walnut taco salad...delicious! Perfect sized portion but I was still a little sad to see the bottom of the bowl it was that tasty! I also appreciated the obvious attention to detail in the food and service.
