McDonald's - Kamloops

Heena is one of the best employees at this restaurant! She always ensures that my food is fresh and delicious. Thank you, Heena, I appreciate you - your favorite customer!

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Is my rating too harsh? Perhaps... but their drink blender has been out of order for weeks, maybe even a month. It's not the staff's fault, but in the middle of summer, not being able to serve half of your cold drink menu is just bad for business.

I was using the drive thru and found the service to be lacking. There wad no line up so the delay was confusing. That is until the microphone told the tale. The cashier was having a conversation somewhere away from the order window as we could hear laughing and joking around. It took approximately 2 3 minutes for somone to take our order. Bad enough as we are used to quick responces at drive thru, but the order was wrong and had to be corrected at the window. We also had to park to wait for part of the order. All in all my least favourite visit to this McDonalds.

We waited after going threw drive thru and even said please don't forget about us . It took 12 min and wile that's not outrageously long the burger Patty's came put looking like they where three days old . We received a chocolate frosty of some sort instead of an iced tea. Not the best experience ?

We had to ask to be buzzed in to use the washrooms .Look at how thin the washroom tissue is . ?
