Scott's Inn Restaurant - Kamloops

Although this was an older establishment it was clean and the people who worked there were courteous and helpful.

We were so excited to finally get here after 5 hours of driving from Jasperwe had camped the night before and it was super cold.

We went to this hell hole this morning and first of all we walk into the place and we wait to be seated there are serving staff walking around the saw us

Motel restaurants rarely rate 5 stars, but Scotts is outstanding for both dinner and breakfast. My caesar salad for dinner hit the spot, and the breakfast was first class. We sat outside for both - a nice place to be. The owner himself was on the cash register, and it was good to be able to tell him in person that we thought this a fine place to eat (and stay). Most people eating were locals - which is always a good sign.

Really enjoy the food at Scott's. Have never been disappointed. My husband and I went twice in June, once for dinner, then later for breakfast. The ladies that worked the evening shift were real pros. The restaurant was filled to capacity, but everything went like clockwork and our meals were turned out in very quick order. The staff were friendly and very capable. I even got the senior's deal, as my husband is a senior. The server said that I was close enough to aged 60, so she'd give it to me too. It's little things like that one remembers and passes along to other people.Even though the place was busy, you didn't feel that you had to rush through your meal and get out. Good environment. There's also a patio area, but have not yet eaten outside.
