As for the calves' liver, it was our first time trying it, and it had a flavor reminiscent of blackberry. If you're looking for foie gras, this isn't what you'll find here. However, it's definitely an acquired taste, and I couldn't quite appreciate it. Overall, we had a lovely experience with great service!

We had a fantastic dining experience. We ordered the cold smoked brisket, which was so tender it practically melted as we cut into it. Our server, Ember, was exceptional. The bruschetta was incredible as well.

What a great sound. we came in a strange night (on Sunday, near the closing time) so that the place was mostly empty, but still had about 6 tables hungry customers who could not find anything in the canab as we were. Surprisingly, our waitress sasha was very attentive and nice, while she walks around like a headless bun to serve all the tables of herself. we ordered pork chops, stir fry and Mexican brotpudding for dessert. the chiffren were sooo delicate, juicy and seasoned exactly right. and they came with an amazing side of sweet and loads of speck, plus a very interesting (read, pleasant) spicy apple chutney. Oh, and the part was humble. the stirring frit, while a more frequent and less interesting meal, was very tasty and also plentiful. the Mexican brotpudding was not excessively sweet, which was very welcome to our amazing experience tonight. Thank you!

The food was excellent, and the service was impressive. It’s likely the best restaurant in the Canab area. They didn’t make us choose from the menu, which was a nice touch. The portions were generous, and the whole family really enjoyed the meal. It was a bit pricier than we anticipated, but overall a great experience.

This place has either a restaurant downstairs or a sports bar upstairs. The sports bar has a selection of pub food, the restaurant is a bit more inventive with ingredients and meals in general. We stayed downstairs and had an amazing Buffalo Burger. A great, juicy patty cooked just right. The fries were not ideal but that got solved by the amazing service. Very good craft beer as well (we had Sculpin).
