Hacienda Teya - Kanasín

We stopped for lunch and it was nice! The vegan papadzules were full of delicious pumpkin and had many delicious creamy pumpkin sauce. We also had the dog fish filled ixcatik paprika they were so beautifully seasoned and delicious. The portions were perfect, so we had room for dessert and tried the coconut rice cream that was delicious. The surroundings were beautiful and we saw several deer and a peacock at the window where we ate. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Recommend to stop here for your meal on the road!

Two times here. The first time was great. The second time the food was delicious, but not very hot and seemed to sit on the pass for some time. Had been a better star, but for that.

Try the mixologia and the micheladas, really innovative and delicious!! This is my 4th or 5th time at this excellent restaurant. The service is great!! Armando, our waiter, did a great job. The food was really great. Only point they should improve is the coffee....I had an expresso that was too smooth, it tasted like a regular cofee.

A lovely place to experience the ambiance and history of the Yucatan. This place exudes history and being built in 1683 it should. The service was great without it being overbearing and the food was delicious and a fine example of Yucatecan cuisine. I wish...the historic pictures on the walls were more about the hacienda, but they were great to look at. They had no problem with us exploring the place after we finished our meal and we discovered some cool hidden corners.

Where can you watch deer and peacocks while eating lunch? A nice place, great food, beautiful property and lovely service. The prices were also very good. It is too bad they don't have a patio to sit at and eat lunch or for a cocktail... as the restaurant is all inside and while it is nice, outside would have been nicer.
