Pizza Hut Kanata

The food took over 2 hours to be delivered. Despite attempting to call multiple times, no one answered the phone. The delivery driver did not apologize and simply stated that they were busy. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. If Sunday night is this hectic, I can only imagine how busy Friday night will be.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. The estimated delivery time was one hour, but they were over 30 minutes late. When I called to inquire about my order, they didn't pick up. Finally, the pizzas arrived almost two hours later. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I placed an advance order for delivery one hour before the scheduled time. The delivery window was from 6:15-6:30, but they were delayed. When I called back at 6:40, they said the order would arrive in a couple of minutes and explained that they were short on drivers. By 6:55pm, the food still had not been delivered, so I decided to cancel the order. I am hoping that they will refund my online payment.

This location use to be good and was ordering from there quiet often but no longer will I be going to this Pizza Hut knowing it's always a disappointment and am highly dissatisfied with their customer service, food quality or their pride as they no longer have any it seems. Last few times were always a huge disappointment (from their customer service to their food), they even rushed me on one of my orders stating they'll be closing 10 minutes early and I better get their quick if I want my pizza. Never again! If you don't want to work there get another job.
