Starbucks - Kanata

Don’t go. It probably won’t be open, or have a drive thru. Just go to the one at Tanger.

This particular Starbucks has not gotten my order right yet. Today, the drip coffee was bitter. Previous iced cold brew pumpkin cream was not right, no pumpkin flavor. An americano was bitter and tested old. My expectations of regular Starbucks drinks are not offered here. I am going to have to drive further to a different location. All 3 occasions I have been to the drive thru, and I have not returned my drink. I have driven away before taking a sip, which is my fault. The staff have been friendly.

Long wait for two drinks. Priority was given to drive thru. Waited almost 15 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 cake pops.

Drive thru too slow. Didn't have products. Was told they won't put a sign out saying out of the pumpkin products because people usually elect to get a different drink implying that they draw people in so they can still make

The staff closed the door in several customers' faces without saying a word. While anyone can find coffee elsewhere, the disrespect shown by the staff towards customers is unacceptable.
