Feedback gevenI was very disappointed with this restaurant because it randomly closes its dining area during the day and only operates the drive-thru. They claim it's due to personal issues, but I've seen them fully staffed and open the drive-thru. Tomorrow, the Tim Hortons on St. Laurent will have 3 employees working, but when I went to the Eagleson location at 6:30, the doors were locked and I saw 6 employees working the drive-thru.
I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for over 2 years, but I have noticed a decline in their service recently. The workers have become slow and disrespectful, and I have gotten sick multiple times from their food. I am lactose intolerant and usually order items with milk instead of cream. Despite my requests for milk, I keep receiving items with cream, which is a lighter color. When I point this out to the workers, they argue with me and refuse to correct the mistake. This morning, the same thing happened again and I ended up getting sick after taking a few sips. It seems like the staff does not care about the customers' health and well-being. I am not trying to cause trouble; I just want to receive the food that I ordered. Who will take responsibility for this situation? It is disappointing to see the decline in quality at this restaurant.
I observed that the drive-thru prioritized customers efficiently. It only took 5 minutes to receive a basic coffee.
Service quickly efficient. had a good choice of muffins donuts.
Doors were locked. Had to use drive thru. Long wait times. Signage posted about hiring more staff.
