What a perfect place to eat and the people enchant them. if they are lucky to go into the early part, hopefully they have some of the firefliege squid to try for them! Ex-Squid-Site my favorite was the sardine sashimi beautifully prepared and melted in the mouth. an English menu was available, which was so friendly. if you're in kanazawa, go!

The food at Plat Home is delicious and the cozy atmosphere is wonderful. Despite being a small restaurant, it has a very modern and stylish design. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and there is an English menu available. Sitting at the bar and watching the two cooks carefully prepare each dish was a great experience. The attention to detail in all the dishes was amazing. They offer a variety of small plates (similar to tapas) to share, each costing between 700 to 1000 yen. The dishes are served at different times and all use fresh ingredients. The yellowfin tuna and misto aubergine were particularly delicious. I highly recommend a visit to Plat Home.

What a fantastic restaurant. the best meal we had in our trip to japan. very friendly staff that could explain to us all dishes. we had luck sitting at the bar so we could see the cook in action.

This is probably one of the best places to come and have an amazing Japanese dinner! Chef Okagawa was incredibly inspiring in how he makes in every dish magic! From beginning to end every second is an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend this place and I hope one day they can receive Michelin Stars for this wonderful place! Congrats to all! Yummy fresh food. Modern Izakaya. Plenty of raw fish. Couples will be seated at the high chairs at the counter. Make reservations if you have three or more in your party. Only one option for dessert. Try the Grilled Nodoguro with sweet miso. Scrumptious local Kanazawa fish done differently from the usual.
