Feedback gevenWaiting about 15 minutes and another 20 for my food. The person at the cah register was rude to the other customers and made some remarks about a customer that just left for everyone to hear
Came to yelp this location because of the customer service. Just went through the drive through and the guy at the window, Ezekiel, was such a pleasant dude. He was very nice and helpful.
You should eat here, the burgers have so much juice and fries are big n thick unlike McDonald's thin fries thin burgers.
After being told that they had a vegan patty now I went on my first burger king outing to go to the drive-thru to order it. I ask for the impossible vegan burger. on a bun with onions but no cheese.They told me about an impossible Whopper I could order but I do not want the other items that are on it so I just ask for the impossible cheeseburger but no cheese. Or impossible burger. (Not sure what to call it since it was my first trip here but I thought I was being very descriptive and was okay without the onion or anything if that's how I had to order it.They told me that that is something I could not order. I explained to them that I was vegan and thought they now had a vegan option.The started again to tell me about an impossible whopper which is again not what I wanted to order as I don't want any of the stuff that's on it. Just the impossible cheese burger with no cheese. Or impossible burger.Who ever I was Coordinating with in the drive thru seems to be the issue but it was very frustrating because I was very clear on what I was ordering and they kept telling me no and wanting to sell me something I did not want.I just left without ordering food. This was my first and only experience at burger king. Not sure if I'll bother trying again.
The melts are false advertising..they are so small my grandson had to get something else to eat ..
