Papa Johns Pizza

The food was decent. What I expect from a Papa Johns running a deal. The staff was great.

EDIT: I had gone back to complain and get the correct papadias Lorissa was such a phenomenal help. She had empathy and her service was top skill. This location needs more people like her.Original: Hate that I even have to give one star, it deserves 0. Waited for 2 papadias for over an hour just to find out that they were done just chillin in the back getting cold. Attitude from guy in green shirt and the worker. Terrible customer service and then refused to remake them or heat them up or give a refund. Absolutely don't go here.

Terrible customer service, ordered through the app and it said it was ready, i went to pick it up and they said it wasn't. waited abt 20 more minutes and when they gave me the pizza it was cold

Online ordered. It had pickup window time. Arrived within pickup window time, and the worker said have to wait. Not ready. What is the point of ordering online? Waited additional 15 mins. This is horrible. Total time from online order till actual picked up, 50 mins.

Well the pizza tastes good as usual. But the employee was pretty annoying. I walked up and wasn 't greeted at all. Not even a hi. Asked him if he will have more cheese pizza coming out and he said I don 't know and walked away. When he came back I said What do you mean you don 't know, can you ask someone? And he walked away again without a word. Then he came back with a cheese pizza. If a pizza was in the oven almost done, how did he not know? Such rude service. 1 pm on Mother 's Day 5/14/23.
