Mcdonald's - Kangaroo Flat

This is one of the better McDonald's locations I've experienced. The only issues we encounter are with third-party delivery services, so we prefer to use the MyMaccas app for ordering and then pick up our food through the dedicated pickup area. Overall, I would rate the food 4/5, the service 4/5, and the atmosphere 4/5.

The background noise made it hard to hear, and the staff was unwelcoming. The burger I received looked poorly assembled and unappetizing. Overall, I would rate the food as 1/5, the service as 1/5, and the atmosphere as 1/5.

Maccas eating is universal, I have what I ordered. the atmosphere could have been better, but I already have one because the car was clean. driving through was incredibly slow on this day, but not her fault at all, in which did since they were short workers and the weather was the hell, it was better than I thought it would be. We ordered fetta and spinach pastries they were heated in the microwave for too long they were soft and disgusting we ate in and asked for our food to be brought to the table 15 minutes later we were still waiting they had been sitting on the counter and gone cold. Really poor service too many young ones that are not being supervised they make too many mistakes.
