Cosmo Coffee at Tuggerah - KANGY ANGY

My wife and I had breakfast at this restaurant. We experienced a long wait, which was not a problem. Our order was initially incorrect, but we understood that mistakes happen. However, after an even longer wait, my wife still did not receive the correct order. We had to ask for a refund and ended up leaving without eating. The young waitress apologized and returned $22 in cash. It seemed like the management's response was indifferent. Overall, the service for dining in was disappointing.

I only tried the coffee, which was quite good. The service was prompt and friendly. We dined in and the atmosphere was pleasant. The price per person is between A$1 and $20. I would give the service and atmosphere a 5 out of 5 rating.

As soon as we arrived, we felt pressured as the staff didn't allow us sufficient time to decide on our order and kept asking while we were still contemplating. The service was rated at 1, the meal type was brunch, and the atmosphere was rated at 2.

Great local find Fresh juice looked like A cute cocktail, my bruschetta looked too good to eat and tasted delicious. Top of The line service from the whole shop everyone waved us in and out! When we approached the woman with the black hair and tattoos Jasmin, she was so happy and proud you could tell she was genuinely appreciative of the feedback. The young girl Im sure her name was lily said that is the manager and spoke highly of her. I’ve always said a good team is the product of a good leader and it’s obvious there’s a good manager and an even good chef! The table next to us said it’s the same every time they come in and the managers and the girls there are always working hard and happy. Think this will be our new regular Westfield brunch location. Nasty woman owner and a rude managers times two. Disgusting all around I give advise to not spend hard earned money here can’t not explain how bad service is too and to ladies who working hard there very bad to them just treat them poorly.
