Blue's Cafe - Kankakee

Everything you would expect from a small American dinner. I don't know if I should boost them or keep them my own little secret. Everything is great the gravy and chicken fried chicken are some of the best I've had. The pancakes are fluffy and remind me of the ones grandma used to make. The hash browns are crisp and just the way I like them. Good atmosphere and friendly staff round it out to be one of our best kept secrets ?

Food was really good! The cinnamon toast was amazing!!! Very good place, very homey and comfortable

It was just as good as it was every time I've been over the last 20 years. The portion size is still large for the price , people were nice, and the service was on point

The hash browns weren't what I expected. They didn't have much flavor

I had an omelet cooked to perfection. Great service. Great atmosphere. A peak Cafe experience.
