Cook Out - Kannapolis

Would have been a 5-star rating but they keep getting my hamburger tray wrong, I ask for all the way or Deluxe and I get the Carolina Burger instead. I have learned to be specific.

I love this place, great homestyle tasting Hamburgers Cheeseburgers! I love their milkshakes too! I believe everybody loves their milkshakes! But Cook-Out needs to get back to making them the right way; nice thick and with Real fruit or flavorings instead of using those artificial flavorings canned fruit in them! Anyone can definitely tell the difference!

I hate this place I have gone numerous times to get just a cheese quesadilla no meat no sauce and I tell them every time just cheese no sauce no meat and everytime they give me both. I mean how hard is it to put just cheese it honestly makes your job easier. The employees don't listen to custom orders it's they need to take their employees back to school or get people who will actually listen!
