Firehouse Subs Dale Earnhardt Blvd.

Used to love firehouse. Just spent 32 and it’s pure nasty. They have changed the bread to a much denser type and then it’s stale when you get it. I’ll never come back!! If it wasn’t such a drive I’d return it because I’m sorry, 32 is a lot of to just throw away.

Making a sandwich should be one of the easiest jobs yet somehow every time order a $50+ order from here they some how manage to not make a single sub correctly. And I have to proceed to come home and remake my sandwich which is absolutely ridiculous when it’s already a ridiculously priced sandwich. 10/10 do not recommend coming to this location ever.

Needed a simple lunch. The toaster is currently broken but they did a good job warming the meat. Overly salty and I missed that toasted crunch. The seating area was a mess.

Worst experience by far! Went to grab some food with my husband and kids and go to order. First off the lady that took my order was really rude. We ordered 2 kids meals. 2 adult sandwiches As I go to put my card in the machine to pay she then tells me I can’t get kids meals it’s “inactive “ I myself am an assistant store manager at a restaurant I was highly disappointed in tonight’s customer service. Needless to say we weren’t spoken to kindly at all! There were 4 people on the grill and only the one lady taking orders. A few mins after we completed our order we were waiting on it there was a young lady to go order and she was paying cash the rude lady told her “I ain’t got no change for that” treated her rude too. I get everyone is needing help and need employees but the experience i had today makes me not want to return. You guys have awesome food but people come back because of the customer service! Work of your team how important it is about customer service skills!

I would expect a cheesesteak to be cooked on a grill which they don't have. Did have friendly staff. Needed to ask to gave table wiped off. They weren't busy at the time.
