Logan's Roadhouse - Kannapolis

We decided to dine at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The service was attentive, and our food arrived promptly. The menu offered a great selection. I ordered ribs and shrimp, which were absolutely delicious. Additionally, they served warm bread with butter as a complimentary appetizer before our starters or main course, which was a lovely touch.

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Mike ordered the rib basket, while Michael enjoyed a fried cheese bacon burger.

We were fortunate to discover a restaurant without a long wait on Father's Day this year, and we ended up choosing this spot for steak, which did not disappoint! The seating felt a bit cramped (we were in a booth), especially with two kids in tow, and the booster seat wasn’t the best for our one-year-old, but we managed. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and ensured we left happy. Their strawberry alcoholic tea was AMAZING! Being from out of state, it was challenging to find a place on short notice, but I would definitely recommend this restaurant (and their grilled shrimp)! By the way, the hamburger we ordered was quite large!

Sunday dinner gone wrong. As we were eating our dinner my daughter say mommy there is a bug in my salad. I looked and yes it was a bug. I did not make a scene. I got up and asked for manager. He came to the table looked at the salad and ask did she want something else. She said no and took the salad away. After I saw the bug I could not even eat no moAll he did was take the salad off the bill. The waitress was very apologetic. We will not be going back to Logan’s.

I’ll start off by saying that the service was really good , everyone including our server was super friendly . However , it was by far some of the worst food I’ve ever had from a restaurant . The salmon tasted so strongly of fish it was almost concerning , and it was drowning in a pool of butter . The potatoes were left under the heat lamp for far too long until the point of being completely dry . The green beans were ok but nothing to brag about . All in all pretty disappointing meal and I probably won’t be returning .
