Mcdonald's - Kannapolis

We got two sprite with a child meal and the other with a Mcrib menu and both sprite lacked the sirup and you could only cost the co2. we also have two sweet tees, in which we were given unsweetened tee.

Had the chicken biscuit this morning. huh was very hard and strict. certainly mcdonald’s can change better than that, or maybe I should just change to Kicher-fil-a.Food: 2/5

One of the managers there seems to be a bit out of touch, and I've noticed it affects the service. Whenever he's around, my orders often turn out incorrect. Instead of letting me know they’re out of something, they try to sneak in a different item as a substitute, hoping I won't notice.

I was serviced by an employee that had a HORRIBLE croupy cough and was coughing all over with no caution such as a mask or something to cover her mouth. I hated that she was working both in the kitchen and serving customers. Doubt that I'll return unless I hear that corrective action has been taken.Food: 4/5

Excellent service today, the whole crew was very professional and friendly.This is always one of the cleanest most efficient McDonald's in the area.
