Mcdonald's - Kannapolis

I eat fast more than I should. this special situation is not close to my house, so today the first time went. it was the freshest and best made double cheeseburger I had before. the staff was not overly happy, but they were not rude.

I never had a perfect or near perfect experience with any mcdonald’s. they have always forgotten something. Sometimes the error is easy to fix, sometimes it is much more difficult, and sometimes I can't be disturbed by the headache. there were some good hearty people here, but they do not last long for different reasons.

The MacRibs we're great and the evening manager is always pleasant and remembers how her grandma raised her to be nice to everyone. Fantastic fast food and fellowship.Service: 5/5

Easy access of I-85. The restaurant is decently clean and the staff were friendly but the dining room wasn't the most exciting place to spend time.Food and drink quality were everything you would expect from McDonald's.

Employees in the Drive-Thru were extremely off putting. The one at the register practically through my receipt at me without saying a word as if she was too busy to be bothered. The one handing out the food also did not say a word. This is North Carolina this is the South you tell people good morning and you tell them thank you once they have spent their money at your organization. Is that so hard?
