Waffle House - Kannapolis

Went in for lunch/dinner this evening and ordered an All American and a Texas Patty Melt. The servers greeted me as soon as I entered and began on my order. They made sure it was how I ordered and the cook showed passion behind the grill. Nice little spot to enjoy some decent food. Everything was as expected.

Ms. Rhonda was WONDERFUL!! She really made my morning great. Food was good. Restaurant was clean.

Absolutely the worst waffel house I had ever lived in my whole life. the server seemed pretty nice and I guess she forgot to say togo to the cook and he gave her a hard time about it and I could hear that she repeated it was an accident because he fought with her about it. So we go to eat the food I just paid 27 something for and are egg cooked over. we were not going to eat on all the way away and it smells really funny as old hathbrowns were good and the toast was white and I asked for weiz the waffel powder was not completely mixed and the bite that it was taken hit a blase of powder out of it and when we went back to get the money back because we couldn't eat and the grub was so bad

Cold eggs, burned speck, cold waffel, my food came 10 minutes after my husband?s, he was almost ready to eat. cook seems to be confused and can hold?t. waitress was friendly, only ground for the 2 stars

On the way to home from concert in charlotte. only 2 people work, but they did it! only one time eat there, but the 2 women who work in this night made it wonderful! it was later discovered that we were 1 out of only 2 tables that have tipped in this night
