Asado Urban Grill At Hilton Kansas City Airport

The restaurant and bar were quite busy during my visit. Unfortunately, there weren't enough staff members available to provide adequate service for dinner.

My partner ordered the well-done burger but received it rare instead. We brought this to the server's attention, and she graciously offered a 40% discount on his burger. I believe that a good server should check in with every table after the customers have received and tasted their meals. Great service goes a long way in enhancing the quality of the dining experience for both the guests and the staff. I would consider giving this place another try. If I were to recommend it to friends, I would have some reservations to mention. Thank you!

We had an early morning flight and chose to dine at the hotel. To our delight, the experience exceeded our expectations. All three entrees—a steak, a seafood dish, and a burger—were delicious and beautifully presented. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. If I find myself at the hotel again in the future, I would definitely eat there once more.

The chef here is fantastic! Both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant were exceptionally delicious and definitely make it worthwhile to stay, even if you’re not a hotel guest.
