Big T's B Q - Kansas City

I have been coming here for a very long time everything was great till I ordered long ends and got short ends the food is great but good customer service matters too they didn't care even care that my order was wrong I wont be visiting them...Food: 1/5

7/24/23Did the drive thru today for lunch.They was out Out of everything seems like.Asked for Mac and cheese. Recipe says it. But also says 00.00. Didn't get it. Asked for extra pickles. Didn't get it. Asked for spicy BBQ. They was out. I expected some sauce? Didn't get any. Fries wasn't cooked all the way. So they was trash. For $15 I'd say noooo thanks. Waste of time and money. Maybe working is ghetto or they just didn't care today. Either way. My first visit was the best. Second time was not. Let's see if there's a third. 3/23Had lunch here for the first time.Wasn't bad. Iv had before.Food:burnt ends was a little dry, corn on the cob would have been better if had maybe, seasoning and rolled on open flame or something? Mac and cheese was basic and was decent. The fries I'd say fresh cut and decent.Sauce:One was spicy and in a warmer?Weird but different and not bad at all.Free soda refill and clean place.Enough parking. Easy to get to from 435 and Eastwood.

I would love to show this tram how to move a line. Food was good, but service is not their strength. Kind and friendly but SLOW!! In line 20 minutes with 2 people ahead of me. They are all over the place with no order. Sauce is pretty close to water. Place was clean.Kid-friendliness: If I had my kids I would do carry out.Parking: If they get busy, parking is limited.

They are the nicest people and the place is clean. The food is so tender you don't have to chew. I usually get a full brisket double meat sandwich with homemade fries and my husband and I slit one. Trust me it stands 4 inches high. The fries are so good, they have a container on the counter for ice cold water if you want. To me it's the best in KC

I REALLY had high hopes for this place since it was recommended by a couple of people. I’m thinking we caught them on a bad day. We ordered our food and 4 people were after us, they all got their food before us, and they ran out of things for the combo. 45 minutes later, and last people waiting.??? Just odd. I think they messed up or lost or slip. Out of ham, and ribs. We got rib tips instead? Not worth $25. The flavor was good, but it’s something I’ve had before. Sweet potato fries were good, the floor was very sticky. I’m hoping a return trip on a slower day, where they actually have the meat, and not wait 45 min for a meal.
