The suite was extremely spacious and great value. The hotel is close to the streetcar pickup and dropoff allowing you to get to and from quickly. It is also 2 blocks from Power and Light opening up many options for food! Staff was extremely friendly and the check-in and out process was efficient. The lobby has a fun flower wall for pictures and a decent bar that was always busy!

This hotel had its ups and downs. We stayed in a room that had a separate living room area so the space was nice. The bathroom was lacking in space. They did not provide any sheets for the pullout couch or enough towels. There is no microwave or freezer in the room which is a bit surprising since the room had a wet bar. We used the pool while here but the towels downstairs were very small and you would have to use multiple to dry off. We ate mac and cheese from downstairs one night and it was horrible so I would avoid it. Hotel parking is $20 a night but we did not have trouble finding a spot. The hotel is in a good location and makes up for what it is lacking

Nice room with a great view. Staff was helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the location was great. Lots of great food option near by. They need to watch basic maintenance. One of the ac units was not keeping up and was loader than the other, the toilet seat was not secure, the door on the bathroom was very difficult to open and close.

The rooms are clean, bed are comfortable. However, the fridge has no freezer and there is no microwave, for the price I paid I should have had both. Front desk was helpful at times. Please watch your tickets at the bar! I had an $8 glass (9oz) glass of wine and was charged $14.00! Don’t be taken advantage of while drinking be smart go buy your own drinks or drink at the venue!Walkability: Close to the KC Music Hall.

Facility and rooms are clean and well maintained. Super comfy beds. They have cute photo walls to take pictures in front of, no detail was spared. They have a coffee shop that has delicious coffee and sandwiches, prices comparable to Starbucks. Their food is also really reasonably priced but if you're not wanting hotel food. There's several bars and restaurants around. 10/10!
