Johnny’s Tavern Blue Springs

The restaurant was quite busy during our visit, but the server was very friendly. We ordered different burgers, and both were absolutely delicious! The fries were crispy, and the onion rings were fantastic as well. They offer a combo of rings and fries as a side, which was perfect!

The wait staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of space. It was a seat-yourself experience. The food was tasty; we tried several dishes, and I particularly recommend the Greek salad and the southwest wrap.

I visited this restaurant with a friend, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The server was not attentive at all; she never asked if we were okay or if we needed drink refills. When she took our order, she almost walked away without taking mine, and I had to call her back. I ordered the smoked gouda burger, which turned out to be overly salty. I wanted to order loaded fries as my side, but she walked away before I could mention it, so I had to call her back again. She informed me that she had already placed the order without my side and would have to check if the kitchen could change it. I found this quite frustrating since she assumed my side without asking. The fries ended up being hard and tasted stale. The only positive was the drink, which was reasonably priced; however, that was my ONE drink as she never returned to check on us. I’m still waiting for a refill. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience.

Fun welcoming spot for before or after a game. Next to the party plaza. Lots of good food and drink choices to be had there.

Just amazing, I know it just looks like a sports pub but it was busy both times we went. One of us being a celiac was a little worried about contamination but the communication between our server and the kitchen was impeccable. Food was great, service was fast a friendly. It is first come first serve so might have to wait depending when you arrive.
