Really great service and the food was good! We were very happy with our experience! I think the one thing i would change is how close the tables are. I had to adjust my chair a couple of times to make room for servers to get by in order to take care of the table behind us.

Hello I had made 6.15 reservation for two guests for their special event together. They reported it took ~30 minutes to get the first drink from their waitress (soft drink). Dinner also took almost an hour to arrive and, when it did, one of the orders was incorrect and it took another ~30minutes for the correction to arrive. Not sure what was going on w/the sever, but reportedly she seemed out of sorts. Once the order was corrected, the food was excellent. It is a shame that their experience was marred by the spotty service. Thank you.

There are certainly favorites for lunch....healthy and not too expensive. The mushroom spring rolls are always a delight. This time the deviled eggs had just a bit more zing to the sauce and it was exciting. Have been craving Caesar salads so added this to my request. It was (as always huge, and the server brought a box. However I could NOT stop eating it, and she finally took the box away. For the price it was a steal. Another upscale restaurant not far away is offering a soggy mess just 1/4 the size of this (and without chicken! . The only down-side this time was the croutons, which might have pre-dated the pyramids. Impossible to bite into. Parking is easy.

Grand Street is one of my favorite places for business and personal lunches. It is nice but not stuffy. The food is fresh and always excellent. Michael is the best server in KC; although, I'm tempted to say he is terrible so he is not too busy when I go there! ?

Grand Street, Plaza location, is consistent on the high quality of the food. The service is attentative considering how busy the restaurant was. Conversations are aided if you are at the back.
