KC Kitchen & Pizzeria - Kansas City

I recently had a terrible dining experience at this restaurant. We were hoping for a relaxed meal, but it took a long time for a server to even acknowledge us. I had to flag someone down for help. The service was consistently disorganized, with our water only arriving after our food did, despite multiple reminders. They also failed to fulfill a promise to make a substitution and got several of our drink orders wrong. The checks were also botched, even after they said they would correct them. We ordered a pizza, shared an appetizer, and had two beers, yet the bill totaled over $80, which was far too expensive for the quality of service we received.

We loved the assortment of vegetarian and vegan choices at this restaurant! It was a wonderful find.

At first we were unsure about our choice, but the food and service ended up being excellent! We would definitely return to dine here again. It was the perfect spot for our big group.

As always, the Midtown pizza was fabulous! It's my son's favorite and we will come back again and again for it!! Mario is the best server ever!!

I came here with a group due to their huge menu, in any category with vegan options, on a Saturday night. When we arrived, there was another table...
