The food was outstanding. The garlic fried rice was excellent, and the fried pork belly was exceptional. The adobo chicken was also quite good, though it didn't quite compare to the pork belly.

I just tried the pork belly with garlic fried rice, and it was incredible! This has become my new favorite food truck!

I had the chicken adobo today, and it was fantastic! If you haven't tried this restaurant yet, you're really missing out. I can't wait to come back for another meal!

My favorite food truck in KC. The Pork Tocino (with Jasmine rice) is my absolute favorite! I always ask on their Facebook for Chrissy to make it if they are going to be at an event I will be attending. I usually get 2 serving just for myself so I can bring one serving home for me to eat over the next day or two, and one to eat right then and there. Yummy!!

KC Pinoy catered our daughter's Graduation party earlier today and the food was so delicious!! Everyone loved it, even the ones that had never tried Filipino food until today. Thank you Chrissy for parking the truck in the parking lot and cooking it fresh! Thank you! Thank you!
