Mcdonald's - Kansas City

We have never had a bad experience at this place, but apparently we can go back until they have no spicy nuggets anymore. Every time we go, I say explicitly, we don't want to eat sharp nuggets in my daughter. Every time I get this, I wonder if they say they gave us the family. every time we get home? ve gave her the spicy nuggets, and she refuses to eat them.

I promise you this is the Nastiest and rudest McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. I went through the drive-through tonight purchased two chicken nugget meals got home chicken nuggets were soggy and fries were cold. Went back and went in the lobby to ask them if I could get Fresh food. The manager pulled her face mask down and yelled it was fresh and you left here. So I said if that?s an issue of replacing my food give me a refund she said OK it?s gonna be a minute and made me wait 15 minutes before she refunded me when she took the food back she complained that half the fries were missing. Then charged me for the sauce because I did not bring it back. I just got to remind myself this is McDonald?s lol I shouldn?t of expected anything better.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, and all there was in it was the chicken. Nothing else but the chicken pattie. Are you serious?

Waited for 10 minutes in their reserved place and they never brought our food. I tried to call, but it just ringed so I had to move back through the drive major. during the entire 25 min ordeal, they never apologize.

I got two because I quickly drilled the drive. but quickly you get 3 tons of sauce and cheese on the side of the bungalow/box
