Mcdonald's - Kansas City

Automated drive trough wanted me to order 6 icy. I had asked about two? asked for help and a friendly man helped me correct order. robots can take over 1 day, but it's not today?.

Last year or two quickly went down the hill. one of the worst and least efficient mcds they find. avoid car break, unless they sit in their car for 30 minutes or wonder why nobody asks for their order.

By driving through experience is the most time. robot can not “see” most every time so that I’m at the end to draw to the window to order. the personal is usually helpful, but this robot drive by systems should be thrown into the müll.

Super dissapointed in customer service today. I stood at the counter and the employee continued to do something on the order screen to call a manager and I was ignored by both. I only had a quick question that could not be answered by the order screen. I have almost always taken the time to leave a review to know that they have either a great job or something to work. we are all short employees, although the customer service goes a long way.

Newly renovated. Nice inside and great location. Peking was easy even pulling our Harley trailers. Need to do a better job on taking care of their bathrooms though.
