Mcdonald's - Kansas City

At times, the service and quality at this location can vary depending on the staff and the time of day. However, today they truly excelled! My McDouble and fries were both hot and fresh, and while the cookies weren't right out of the oven, they were still warm, soft, and deliciously gooey. The sweet tea was just right—fresh, perfectly sweetened for my taste, and super refreshing. There's an older lady who manages the drive-thru register; she's always polite, knows the menu inside and out, and does an excellent job. She definitely deserves a raise. I usually stop by this McDonald's about four times a week since it's on my way to work, and today was hands down the best service I've ever received at this location. I would have loved to take pictures of the food, but I was driving and ended up finishing it all before I reached my destination!

The management seems to prioritize cutting costs and falsely accusing customers after fulfilling my order. They didn't provide the cup of water I requested, nor did they offer the bottle they later claimed was missing. Everything else was excellent, which makes it disappointing to share this negative experience. It's a shame to witness such poor management and customer service.

I really appreciate how accurately my orders are fulfilled now; the service caters to everyone in the neighborhood. Great job, everyone! Would you like me to make this a dinner outing?

This is the best restaurant I've been to in years! The food is always fresh, and they stick to the classic methods that I love. They even add salt, which is a nice touch. Thank you, Jesus! They've never gotten my order wrong, and each time I've visited, the food has been excellent. Keep up the great work, and we'll definitely be returning!

I love the McDonald's on Prospect through the I-70 outputs. You always get my order right. They also have great staff and the foods are always hot fresh and fast.
