Sonic Drive-in - Kansas City

That was the worst experience ever! we waited for the loudspeakers 35min once we ordered 30min later a dame came out screaming and told everyone to go to the drive. After we waited 15 minutes in Drive-Thru, we said that our order was not placed. the manager was very rude. he yelled at us and the hired. he then quoted a new price of $26.90 instead of the previously quoted price of $21.00 we told him we should order free or after what went thru. he cried us and said no! we left it with him.

Went there for lunch and the food was good, the usual food from Sonic. The problem was the attitude of the drive up lady. First, we could not hear hear, then we were told we could not make 2 orders, then when we got to the window, she was very rude to us. Will never go back to this one EVER!

You can only order online or through the drive-thru, all of their signs are broken. There is also no indication of this, so you pull in and sit there until somebody happens to come out and tell you to move. They also don't know how to order or stock supplies, as they were out of multiple beverages.

I was dropped off at the Sonic in an uber. I walked up to the patio and pressed the button to order. There was no cars in the stalls but they had a large line in their drive-thru. I was told the reason why it was taking so long for them to answer the box was because they were focused on the drive-thru and trying to get them out. I was just thinking like why don't you just take my order and get me out the way cuz I'm only one person and they are a lot. So no to the Sonic.

This sonic is the worst one I have ever been to. Waited 22 minutes in the drive-thru never took an order just had to leave. When I drove by the window all you could hear was people inside laughing and carrying on
