I will not be returning to this restaurant again. They refused to accept my credit card and the service was very rude.
I visited this Subway restaurant on Thursday, April 28th to grab a sandwich for lunch. It was the cleanest Subway I have ever been to. Everything was fresh and the sandwich was delicious. I was able to get everything I wanted and pay using my Subway app without any issues. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning.
I'm regularly in this place. the customer service is pretty bad. I feel the most time when the worker doesn't understand me. I think his language barrier is in order. more often than not, they are out of the breakfast that is in order, but when I call to find out their act they refuse to answer the phone. I then go to the load and call, as I go to the door without customers and they still refuse to answer the phone. So I'm wasting my time running there. there is no possibility to call if they have a problem with their order. I asked the owner for numerous companies and refused to give it to me
I go to this subway every week. The customer service today was awful, they said they were out is ham and for the specific sandwich I wanted they couldn’t substitute the ham for another meat (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT THEY DIDNT HAVE HAM) unless they up charged for 2 dollars. Not to talk about the numerous times they’ve made the sandwich wrong in front of me and then acted as if it was my fault they added something to the sandwich that I clearly didn’t say. Avoid this subway.
