Wendy's - Kansas City

I just came out of a 12-hour shift and picked up dinner for my children. but do they tell me why can't I get soaked for my nuggets? they take their time to ask what kind they want, and it is clear on the entrance! but that happens 8 times. it gets frustrating. I mean, they have actually implemented some of the best nuggets, but this honey scabble just puts it out! Sometimes it's the little things that are important. Run my sauce!

It was tried to go to an early lunch and the lobby was locked. I couldn't drive her because I was driving a bus. When I called, it was ignored. it's good, taco bell is better anyway.

3 persons, 2 burger dishes, 1 chicken sandwich menu 1 chili. they put chili and fryed on tablets that were cold 10-15 minutes later when burgers were ready. was never reported to have been ready. they had to ask and they forgot. 6 employees with little work. lady in the car thru came to get her order. she was in 20 minutes. inacceptable!

Dirty restaurant, all inclusive of the etage is sticky. takes forever on the drive thru that they do not get right. I tried to go in today, just to do the doors, and they won't let people in. considering how dirty it is, I'm not surprised. will not return to this place again.

This location is horrible good luck actually getting in the dining room as it’s closed half the time when you finally find a day they are open the staff is unbelievably inept! As other reviewers have stated your order is all but guaranteed to be wrong the employees taking your order either act like mindless zombies or like they couldn’t care less about you, they literally stand there you can tell they are not listening to one word you are saying! You are better off going up the street to the Burger King, at least there the staff is friendly and they get your order right they are always open when they are supposed to be!
