Feedback gevenThis is the third Wendy's we've visited tonight in search of a taco salad, chili, and a Frosty. The first two locations were severely understaffed and offered almost no service. This one had no customers but, unfortunately, was out of lettuce for my taco salad. I've had enough. I can make better chili and burgers at a much lower cost. You've lost my business for good.
When we went to place our order, we noticed a bunch of teenagers in the work area who didn’t seem to be employees, just hanging out and chatting. There didn’t appear to be a manager on duty. The soda machine was equally dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. After taking our food to go, I discovered that my hamburger was completely plain, which was not how I ordered it. To make matters worse, they were out of lettuce and jalapeños — how does a burger restaurant run out of lettuce? The dining area was also in disarray, with dirty tables, trash on the floor, and chairs out of order. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
This Wendy's is the best in the Northland! The staff is friendly, my orders are always accurate, and the lobby is actually open! I choose to drive past two other locations just to come here.
Stopped here after a flight. My husband and I took turns going in to use the restroom before we ordered. Each of us noticed an employee in the bathroom at the same time as us, and NEITHER EMPLOYEE washed their hands before returning to work. Needless tosay, we ordered elsewhere.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Staying nearby and went through drive-thru for a quick bite last night and this morning. Thoroughly disappointed in the quality of the food AND the service. Ordered the $5 biggie bag ....cold burger, no nuggets,lukewarm fries. Also order a regular burger.....not hot, next to no sauce on it. Had to wait over 5 minutes just to place ourorder. Heard employee in kitchen dropping the F bomb. Went back this morning, BIG mistake, ordered French toast sticks. Soggyas hell and barely warm. This after placing my order and waiting in line for over 10 minutes. I would've left without my foodif I could've gotten out of line. Glad I don't live here, never going again, even for free food.
