Feedback gevenWe arrived at 9:45 in the morning for breakfast. The buffet was completely empty and it was never refilled during the 45 minutes we were there. I decided to order off the menu, but the food took a very long time to arrive and was lukewarm. Our waitress was unfriendly and inattentive.
The staff was incredibly attentive! We loved hearing Nick's stories about the hotel's history, and the service was fast. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous.
After checking out the menu online, we decided to make a reservation at the Zebra Room. Unfortunately, the menu we saw online was not the same as the one available at the restaurant, and some of the items we wanted were not there. Despite ordering a simple meal, it took over an hour for our food to arrive. When it finally did, it was not prepared as we had requested, but we decided to keep it since we had already waited for so long. The food itself was mediocre at best. Overall, we would not recommend the Zebra Room unless they improve their management and kitchen staff.
