I order the stroganoff and it was sooooo good. The meat was seasoned well and tender! So many get this wrong! Sauce and noodles perfect. Masked post tapes were amazing! My wife ordered the chicken fried steak and it was very good. I sampled it of course! The breading was perfect not too much. The cream corn was very good too. My son ordered the catfish. The food is brilliantly great, and their beer selection is so top notch, that we purposely build in an overnight stay in Hays during each of our West Coast road trips! We honestly love their restaurant and brewery that much! Do yourself a favor, and check 'em out ASAP!
