Kfc - Kansas

July 27th- manager (I assume since they don’t identify who they are when answering phone) was very rude. They don’t have food ready (no white meat chicken at all) and don’t care, and usually orders are always wrong! It’s really a shame to see how the management of this restaurant has gone down hill. I hope upper management takes steps soon to get this place in shape. Running out of chicken when your main food is chicken is just silly! And maybe classes in hospitality would help. They just can't get even a simple order correct, and increased prices, they lost my business, sorry, chicken is good, shouldn't have to pull out my meal everytime to check it

Really disappointed with the meal. I understand that there are staffing shortages. But the restaurant was not busy when we were there. Our biscuits were not fully done. Mac n Cheese was cold. Chicken was WAY overdone and obviously had been sitting for a long time. We asked for BBQ sauce and KFC sauce for tenders; revives neither one — but got a ton of Taco Bell hot sauce packets???? The area need’s some restaurant options but worried they aren’t going to stay open if they don’t figure things out … – show

I decided our family meal for Christmas eve would be KFC. I placed an order online at 11 am to be picked up at 4 pm same day. We arrived at about 3:55, waited in the car until 4, and then went in. When we (me, my girlfriend, and our 4 year old daughter) walked in, no one said hello or greeted us in any way. Our order was not ready as it was supposed to be, so we stood up front and waited. People are so slow and just ignore you while you're trying to get your order. I saw her set my order on the end of the counter and then the guy working up front went over and looked at it and then just walked back over and stood by the drive-thru. Terrible service.
