Mcalister's Deli - Kansas

Salad was all greens. Very little chicken or avocado. Too expensive for what I got.

Last time I went to mcalister's deli it was for a half sandwich and cup of soup and I ordered it to go and it was so bad I had to return it and get my money back, I reported this experience to their corporate so I will wait and see if it makes any improvement in the operation of the restaurant

It's honestly way overpriced for what it is, and with their staffing shortages, it's def not worth the wait either.

Don’t recommend getting this delivered. This was my side dish(untouched- straight out of the bag) one single sliced cucumber, and 2 diced tomatoes. If they are going to be stingy on sides, they need to lower their prices.

The difference in the portion size from eating in and delivery is crazy. I proved it by asking for a to go bowl for the soup. I had ordered two bowls of potato soup and the were literally half filled. I called and they told me they measure it?? I could fit both bowls in one bowl. Both were half full. When I ate in I ordered two bowls. I ate one and asked for a to go bowl to put the other bowl in and it was almost overfull. Def not the same portion for the same price.
