New China Buffet - Kansas

Nice little place but I went on a bad day, -10 degrees outside and no customers but they were open. Ribs looked really good but not much on the buffet. Was hoping to place a fresh cooked order.

Food is pretty good, place could use a makeover but I think we're really lucky to have a Chinese restaurant in such a small town.

Gone there off and on over the years, the lady owner has always been a rude shrew. Seen her yelling at her husband on several occasions when he seemed like a good decent guy, no idea if they are still together as I haven't seen him in a long while. Service was poor last time, staff have noses in their phones and didn't even notice me come in. Had to get my own drink, and now you have to pay first before you eat. Top of everything else no fortune cookie. Need to be more like the old Hong Kong res … – show

The food has really give downhill. I don't know if they're having staffing issues or money issues but most of the food had been there for a while and didn't quite taste right.

High price and not near enough sweet and sour sauce. Plus the chicken was old. Only thing good was the rice
