Saiko Sushi Hibachi - Kansas

So I travel all around for work and there is an identical hibachi food truck in McPherson Kansas. I think this Independence location has WAY better chicken and steak but the McPherson location has way better yum yum sauce. I wish you guys would teach Mac how to cook the meats right and in return get Mac to teach you guys how to make your sauce better. Your sauce is just okay, it wasn't bad, just not nearly as good as Mac.

Amazing food, had the Maui Roll, California and Spring rolls. Delicious!

Fabulous play to eat. Food was fresh and fast service. Guys was very friendly

The chicken hibachi was delicious and very filling (saving the rest for dinner) The California roll was good. *they give 8 pieces (I ate 3 quickly before the picture) Very good value for the taste and amount of food.

It's my go to lunch spot every time I am in town. Fast and oh so good!
