Shake Shack Leawood - Kansas

So this was the second time at a Shake Shack. The burgers are great. The cheese fries once again were not. The coagulated skin on the “cheese” was unappealing. My son ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, a picture is attached. If the sandwich was any flatter, it would have had a B-side.

Counter staff were hanging over bags of food talking and trays of food sat for some time without being delivered to tables. When my to go order finally came out and my sandwich was not what i had ordered. Took it back in and asked foy my money back. Manager never apologized. I would not eat here.

Food not good prices are too high wouldn't recommend

Delicious tried their Hot Honey chicken sandwich! Very delicious would be even better if it were breaded fried chicken!

Shake shake is great for quality burgers and chicken sandwiches. The shakes are good also. Depending on the time it can get busy but that is a good sign of good food!
