Pizza Hut - Kapolei

When I got to the store, I mentioned I was there to pick up an order. A very kind man told me that they had tried to call my husband at work. It was quite embarrassing to realize that he had mistakenly chosen pickup instead of delivery. To my surprise, the staff offered to retrieve our pizzas for us! My son was thrilled, as he loves Pizza Hut's pizza. I was genuinely impressed by their customer service. Even though it was our oversight regarding the app notification, they really went above and beyond to make our evening better. Thank you for such fantastic service! Our pizzas were absolutely delicious!

I accidentally ordered from the wrong location, but received some free cinnamon sticks as a birthday gift. Fortunately, Marisa from the Kapolei location resolved the issue and coordinated with the Kaneohe store to make sure I got the cinnamon sticks. When I arrived at the Kaneohe store, the pizza and cinnamon sticks were ready and delicious!
